We Have a new ofsted rating of GOOD.
As you are aware the past few years have been difficult in the childcare industry with many nurseries and pre-schools having to close,
We at the Chelsfield have also had our difficulties with staff changes and other concerns, however, we are looking forward to a bright future and are going to be redecorating and have already started to get the garden ready for the spring, with planting and tidying,
We have spaces for both Nursery places and pre-school places though again this year pre-school places will be limited,
Defibrilator Evening
On the 13th of July we held a fundraising evening to highlight the addition of the new defibrillator mounted to the exterior of the nursery and to raise funds for the British heart foundation, we had a very informative evening with a talk from Bernard on the use of the defibrillator and the need to use CPR and how to gain access to the device itself.
A total of £503.00 was raised through a raffle and a cake sale.
We are happy to now be able to inform all our clients of our latest OFSTED Outcome, the rating we have acheived is that of a GOOD, and the inspector informed us that we are strong in all areas.
We thank all the members of the team for their hard work both in the past and going into the future.

3 weeks ago we had our first Ofsted inspection for 6 years and whilst we have had our final inspection report, we cannot post the result until it is officially released by Ofsted themselves.

We have finally got the time to update the website. new pictures staff and events, also look out for our new OFSTED report.
This will be released asap.
The Chelsfield nursery website is getting an overhaul.
Over the next couple of weeks, we will be bringing the site up to date, Covid has affected the Nursery in many ways and the website has been one of them.
We have lost and gained staff, leaving us prioritising other aspects of operating the setting.

Here at the Chelsfield The hard work undertaken by all the staff and management has been recognised and we have Received a rating of GOOD from our latest OFSTED inspection.
